If you had lunch with Steve “Tuck” Tucker, he would tell about how his ego, his business failure and how God’s persistence prepared him to coach and mentor owners of businesses in the Atlanta area. This led him to the creation of RoundtableCEOs. When Tuck is not coaching CEOs, he consults with their Senior Executive Teams on the implementation of narrowly focused strategic goals. Tuck works with teams to set up winnable games where each front-line employee knows whether they are winning or losing at their job and what each player must do to improve their score. Tuck coaches and mentors CEOs that are looking for tangible ways to improve their business performance with an eternal perspective.

Tuck and his wife, Connie, have been married for 35 years and live in Marietta, Georgia. Away from work, Tuck meets with ministry leaders in Portland; challenges their two adult daughters to keep him young; and is involved with Passion City Church in midtown Atlanta.
